Returns & Refunds

The Affinity product range carries a 2 year manufacturer’s repair or replace warranty.  The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace any item at their discretion.

Unhappy with your purchase

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us by email within 7 days from delivery date and we will exchange the item(s) or refund your payment less delivery costs (if applicable) and a restocking charge (see Terms & Conditions).  Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been used or otherwise soiled (stools can only be returned if they have not been assembled, likewise oils, creams or lotions can only be returned if they have not been opened).  All goods must be returned in their original packaging at the customer’s expense.

Faulty item

If you receive an item that is faulty, contact us by e-mail quoting your order number, product name and description of the fault as we’ll be happy to organise a repair or exchange and, in very rare cases, refund if a suitable replacement cannot be found.

Damaged goods

If goods have been damaged in transit then please inform us by email within 2 days of receipt and we will exchange or offer a full refund.
